A TALENT UTILITY FOR FINANCIAL SPONSORS
AND THEIR PORTFOLIO COMPANIES
/ak-me/ (n): the point at which something or someone is best, perfect, or most successful
When it comes to value creation, getting the right people, in the right seats, at the right time, is a force multiplier.
Our Venture and PE clients trust us to introduce them to operating talent who can help them make better investments, accelerate the value of portfolio companies and, ultimately, produce superior returns.
We provide three different pre- and post-investment talent services, leveraging our expert relationships across the B2B Software, Tech-Enabled Services, Consumer, and Healthcare IT industries.
Whether pressure-testing an investment thesis, pursuing a new deal, or improving a current one, we help investors and the companies they own to get the right people, in the right seats, at the right time.
